Delivery
Your goods will normally be delivered by Royal Mail First Class post. Our delivery charges are £1.90 per order to the UK, £2.50 to Europe and £3.50 to the rest of the World.

Not happy?
If you’re not happy with your goods then we want to hear about it – so firstly e-mail us and tell us why at returns@inkydeep.com and then return the goods to us at inkydeep returns, 10 Chyverton Close, Newquay, Cornwall TR7 2AR. If possible use the original bag they were sent in. Proof of postage must be obtained from the Post Office.

Other than for faulty items, refunds or exchanges can only be made within 28 days of receipt of goods.

Payment
We use PayPal to collect the payment of our goods. Once you have completed shopping and you go to the checkout, you will be asked to enter in your delivery and contact details, so we can send your goods out or contact you if there are any questions. You will then be automatically transferred to the PayPal secure server to process your credit card details with complete confidence.

A PayPal account is not required to use this service.

Terms and Conditions of Use
The terms and conditions of using our website are a bit wordy but we feel it is worth spelling them out here in detail:

Confirmation of Orders
We will endeavour to indicate on the product page if the item is out of stock. However if we cannot fulfil any order we will notify you within 48 hours and offer you the opportunity to purchase an alternative item or we will refund your debit or credit card.

The contract of sale will exist from the moment your order is despatched. You must give us complete and accurate information regarding your order. We will send you an e-mail to confirm your order and you must check all the details as soon as possible and notify us immediately if anything is wrong.

Customers can expect a response to email and telephone enquiries within a maximum of 48 hours.

If you aren’t happy/cancellations
If you change your mind once you have ordered and before your goods have been delivered then contact us straight away at returns@inkydeep.co.uk to tell us why. If we have yet to despatch your goods then we will happily cancel your order and refund your payment within 30 days.

We offer a no quibble money back guarantee. Once you have received the goods if you aren’t satisfied with them for any reason then please follow the returns procedure which will be included with your parcel.

We are happy for items to be exchanged with an additional payment being made where necessary if the new items are at a higher price.

Items sold by inkydeep.com can be returned within 1 month from the date they were despatched for a full refund.

Your personal details will not be passed onto any third parties.
